At the heart of Wellbeing Living is a team of passionate, caring, fully vetted and qualified  staff with ongoing mandatory and specialist training to develop and keep their skills up to date. 

 

We have a values-based recruitment approach to make sure that we hire people  who can fit in with our culture and values, in addition to the ability to do their jobs. Their passion is shown through their caring nature and the outcomes service users are able to achieve. We will continuously look for ways to improve the services we provide.

Our priorities are based on progression, development and providing continuous and appropriate support. Our staff are encouraged to attempt management tasks and are given opportunities to develop higher skills sets and responsibilities such as record and report writing proficiency.
